This confection is a toothsome Christmas customary treat which originated in Italy around the 15th century, moved to France around the 18th . The Java Chocolate Caramel Torrone Molle Cake is our folksy take on the nougat candy with every bite of caramel & chocolatey goodness. At the base we have the startstruck layer, the Torrone Molle layer with a mix of Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts and Coconut flavoured biscuits. On top of this a branched layer of fluffy caramel mousse is added with an almond chocolate sponge layer which is melded with cocoa nibs & cocoa powder. We surround these layers with more caramel mousse and finally frost it with a java milk chocolate glaze making it a caramelly paradise full of chocolatey zest.
