We have already eccelate the issue with your team on 10th November. The cake was damaged. Even I have spoken to your team member – Kunal and sent him the pictures also. But still not getting the response. I want my amount refund at the earliest.

Our open box delivery policy indeed requires claims for damaged or missing products to be reported at the time of Delivery.
